Juba National Stadium Floodlighting Project to Begin in January.

The President of the South Sudan Football Federation (SSFF), Mr. Francis Amin Michael, has announced that implementation of the Juba National Stadium floodlighting project will begin in January. He said the Federation will invite bids from companies interested in supplying the stadium’s floodlighting system.

He made the remarks today at Juba National Stadium after inspecting ongoing pitch maintenance, the first such work since the stadium opened. He was accompanied by Board Executive Committee member Mr. Mujahid Ali, Chairman of the Marketing and Investment Committee.

Mr. Amin explained that the tender will be open to national and international companies that meet the specified conditions and requirements.

Regarding the pitch maintenance, he confirmed that work is progressing well and according to the agreed schedule, with completion expected on time.

The SSFF President reaffirmed the Board of Directors’ commitment to regular monthly maintenance to keep the stadium ready for use and to preserve its facilities.
